The Québec government established the Public Inquiry into the management of the project to modernize the computer systems of the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec, and from 24 march 2025, appointed the Honourable Denis Gallant, a Québec municipal judge, as its chair.
The Commission's public hearings began with the Commissioner's Opening Statement on Thursday, April 24, 2025 and closed when the report was tabled on February 16, 2026.
